1. No Refunds: At Pretty Glam Bar Collections, we strive to provide the highest quality beauty cosmetics. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.

2. Returns and Gift Cards: Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged or has some sort of defect. You will receive a digital gift card once we receive the package to inspect it. 

• Eligibility for Store Credit: To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Time Frame: Requests for exchanges or store credit must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at prettyglambarcollections@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and provide a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
